Art currently serves as the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Ecore, where he has worked since 1989. In 2018, amid his work transforming Ecore and the industry, Art was elected Director of the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) and Chairman of the ISRI’s Tire Chapter. ISRI, a non-profit trade association consisting of more than 1,600 private and public for-profit companies, promotes public awareness of the value and importance of recycling in the production of goods and services worldwide.

Earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Pittsburgh.

As an executive people leader, Kathy plays a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives forward, often spearheading cross-functional projects or leading work teams aimed at addressing key organizational challenges. She serves as a bridge between executive leadership and the broader organization by fostering collaboration and breaking down silos to ensure alignment of goals, resources, and efforts across the organization. As the right hand to the CEO, she uses her leadership to blend strategic vision, operational effectiveness, and diplomatic finesse, navigating the complex landscape of Internal dynamics, external relations, and organizational strategy.
Cross-industry experience spanning large public and private companies in financial services, non-profit healthcare, and building materials.

Starting his career as an EY Auditor, and eventually serving as Chief Financial Officer at PEI-Genesis and VP of Finance at Americas at Avantor, Josh has held a variety of commercial and operational roles at VWR and Avantor that have given him a unique perspective on how finance adds value to a business.
Holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend.
Earned an undergraduate degree in Social Science from Benedictine University, Lisle, IL.
Grew up at VWR under PE and public ownership.

As Ecore’s Chief Circularity Officer, Shweta leads the TRUcircularity™ program, where she harnesses her collective experiences in strategy, operations, marketing, and commercial functions to drive the company’s circular business model. She ensures that products are never end-of-life, but continue creating value in their next-in-life phases, fulfilling Ecore’s mission and vision.

A senior financial executive with proven financial and operational leadership skills and expertise in manufacturing across public, private family-owned, and private equity-backed companies, Pete has been a senior executive management team member since March 2008 when he joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He now serves as Ecore’s Chief Administration Officer.
Earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware, an MBA from Wilmington University, and a CPA designation.

In his role, Rich is responsible for the growth and strategy of Ecore’s flooring and industrial business unit across sales, marketing, product development, customer experience, and operations. He has over 30 years of related industry experience from the front lines to senior leadership across sales, product management, customer service, and technology. Rich has a passion for building and leading business units and developing high-performing teams that deliver results and exceptional customer experiences.
30+ years of experience in the building materials and construction industry with leading brands including USG, Rockwool, and Pella.
Proven track record of developing new products and business segments.Oversaw a transformational, cross-functional initiative leveraging technology and process improvement to streamline customer interactions across a $3.5B organization.
Led a commercial window and door specialty contracting company that completed multiple $1M+ projects annually.

As President of the Materials Business, Kal owns the P&L for all the materials brands within Ecore’s ecosystem. Kal has been instrumental in building a profitable, high-growth, differentiated, and fully circular business model.

With 20 years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, business, and technology solutions, Rob currently leads a global strategy enabling clients to define, meet, and accelerate their commercial real estate sustainability and carbon-reduction objectives. He also oversees CBRE’s own operational sustainability work, which includes a goal to achieve net zero emissions by 2040. From his role as Microsoft’s first Chief Environmental Strategist to today, he has shown how the fusion of technology and business innovation can simplify complexity and drive sustainability.

Michael brings over 25 years of private equity experience to the Ecore board. During his career, Michael sourced and executed more than 20 transactions and worked with those portfolio companies to grow revenues and cash flow. At Ecore, Michael is heavily involved in working with the CEO to set strategic direction and execute synergistic acquisitions. He also serves on the Audit Committee and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee.

Suzanne brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Ecore’s board in the areas of corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and government affairs.

As the third employee of Sageworth and its first legal strategist, Gene oversaw the development of the planning and fiduciary group while working directly on many of the firm’s most complex client situations. He now serves as Vice Chairman. Before joining Sageworth, Gene was an attorney at Barley Snyder, LLC. Working primarily with closely held business clients, he concentrated his practice in business transactions, financing, and tax.
