ECORE International Names Lori Dowling as President of ECORE Commercial Flooring
Arthur Dodge III, Chairman and CEO at ECORE, announced that Lori Dowling has been named president of ECORE Commercial Flooring (ECF), a new division of ECORE. ECF is a new sales initiative that is focused on promoting five recognizable brands that make up the portfolio: ECOsurfaces, Everlast, ECO98, QT Sound Control and Polyflor. The addition of Dowling gives the company an opportunity to adopt a focused, and very experienced, approach toward growing and servicing its contractor and architectural clientele. In addition, Dowling will provide leadership for the company's ECF agent network. While working closely with Bo Barber, vice president of marketing and sales, she will report to Dodge. The decision is effective immediately.

Azul Arc, an interactive design and Web technologies firm based in Atlanta, Ga., submitted ECF, which received a silver award in the Websites/Manufacturing category. ECORE International, the pioneer in recycled products technology, announces that Thomas S. Davis, retired President and CEO of the New Jersey-based flooring company, Mannington Mills, Inc., has joined the ECORE Board of Directors.
At Mannington, Davis helped develop a management team and culture that is recognized as one of the best in the flooring industry by customers, suppliers, employees and even competitors. In addition, he also served as Chairman of the Resilient Floor Covering Institute for 2008 and 2009. During that period, the organization developed a new strategic direction more in sync with the needs of the industry and its members. Davis joined Mannington after a 23-year tenure with Milliken & Company in Spartanburg, Georgia. Prior he served as an officer in the United States Army and earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in chemistry at Furman University.

ECORE International Celebrates the Opening of Its York Campus
ECORE International, the leading innovator in recycled products technology, announces the opening of its York, Pennsylvania campus. The 500,000 square foot facility is now home to the largest, most advanced recycled rubber manufacturing operation, with the capacity to process and refine over 100 million pounds of scrap tire rubber annually, into the greenest most sustainable floor coverings currently available. The Redeux program partners with building professionals committed to environmental stewardship by providing resources to recycle ECORE's rubber flooring, underlayments, and rubber and cork industrial products after their useful life which will considerably help keep building materials out of landfills. It also entails auditing of the manufacturing site, annual re-certification requirements, product records, and a tangible quality control plan from the organization.

On Saturday, May 16, the Franklin & Marshall women's lacrosse team claimed the Division III national championship, its second division victory in three years.
